Built on family. Driven by excellence.

The story, people and principles behind Aguila Simbulan Plus Partners Construction and Development Co.

Our Company

From E.R. Simbulan Construction to AS+P.

Aguila Simbulan Plus Partners Construction and Development Co. was formed and founded by Mr. Eugene R. Simbulan, together with the Aguila and Simbulan families, to grow what began as E.R. Simbulan Construction Corporation.

We provide architectural and structural designs, cost estimates, renovation and maintenance, earthworks and land development for residential homes, commercial buildings and government projects. Our customer-oriented approach focuses on delivering both quality work and excellent service.

As a PCAB Triple A contractor, we have met the most stringent requirements of the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board for financial stability, technical expertise and a consistent record of high-value project delivery.
